About Psychotherapy

In stormy times, finding support can help to deepen our roots and reveal pathways to health and new growth.
I accredited in 2011 as a trauma-informed and mindfulness-based psychotherapist and in 2020 as a Systemic Embodied Coach.
I have also worked in business and more recently taken psychology into the workplace as a coach and HR lead.

Drawing on this I offer a down-to-earth approach to therapy with room for humour and joy as well as a safe holding space to explore and work with difficulty.
